Playa De Muro

Playa de Muro is a long stretch of beach in the middle of the Bay of Alcudia, situated between Puerto Alcudia and C'an Picafort, on the northern coast of Majorca. The warm shallow waters of Alcudia Bay make Playa de Muro very popular for families with young children, and many of the hotels here have the added benefit of a direct beachfront access. The beach has 8 km of fine, clean sand, offering visitors a wide variety of water sport and other facilities to suit all tastes and abilities. There is a selection of cafés and beach bars and as well as shops and restaurants dotted throughout the resort. The famous Parc Natural de S'Albufera is situated in Playa de Muro and is very popular with wildlife lovers and walkers. Transfer time from Palma airport is approximately one hour and 40 minutes.
